From the first mimosa to your final send-off, you’ll have full access to the property and all of its amenities, giving you the freedom to move through your day with ease and intention.

Your wedding design begins with fresh florals from one of our trusted floral partners — and includes a $2,000 floral allotment to bring your vision to life. From bouquets and boutonnieres to centerpieces and ceremony arrangements, your floral designer will customize each piece to fit your style and season.
To complete your look, you’ll also have full access to our on-site décor collection, along with linens, napkins, and place settings. Our setup and teardown team handles every detail, so your celebration feels cohesive, elegant, and completely stress-free.

With years of experience in the industry, we know what makes a wedding day flow smoothly. That's why we include a professional day-of coordinator through our sister company, Everlasting Events. Your dedicated coordinator will begin working with you 60 days before your wedding helping with everything from timeline creation to vendor communication, ensuring all the details are taken care of leading up to and on your big day (at no extra cost!)

You will need to hire your own:

All outside vendors must be professional and carry general liability insurance.
If you choose to work with a caterer who is not on our preferred vendor list, a $550 kitchen maintenance fee will be added to your booking, as noted in your contract.
For any services not included in your package, we’re happy to recommend trusted professionals who meet our venue standards and share our attention to detail.

Please Note: Pricing is subject to change at any time. Your final rate and contract terms will be based on the date your contract is written—not the date of your tour. Since many couples tour well in advance or before future dates are open for booking, any updates to pricing or packages will apply based on when your contract is finalized.

The venue is absolutely beautiful. The layout is efficient, logical, and accessible to all. One of the reasons we chose Vezalay is because they have a beautiful indoor chapel that still offers the mountain view in case of rain.
